The pressure of the oxygen that had built up inside the container allowed extra force to have the cover lift itself open. It was practically empty. A few silver coins and a couple of empty bottles. He shook his head again and pocketed all of the coins, leaving the bottles. He quickly searched the room, and chose not to check the casks for the fear of lingering snakes.
